In 2006, we expanded to offer a small, select group of privately owned homes as vacation rentals to our guests. They are already becoming very popular rentals. Although we are small, we offer the full range of services to our guests. And we can offer you, the homeowner, a full range of management services as well. You may have had a bad experience renting your home out in the past, but we can promise you fewer headaches. With Black Bear Cottages & Vacation Home Rentals, your home will be regularly inspected by the owner or Assistant Manager. We never plan on having more than a select number of homes like yours in our inventory, so we will be able to constantly monitor what is going on in your home. We guarantee in writing that we will keep your home in as good shape as it is when you sign with us. You don't have to lift a finger except to cash the checks you will receive. We manage all of your regular maintenance, including housekeeping. We promise to NEVER forget that it is a privilege to be allowed to earn a commission from YOUR investment.

monitor their performance. We advertise on radio, in fishing and hunting publications,
lifestyle publications, outdoors publications and mountain biking websites. We advertise
in LA, Palm Springs , Orange County , San Diego , Las Vegas & Phoenix . We market
directly to law enforcement and firefighting personnel. We do direct mail to car
clubs, social groups and we work through various social and business networks. We

of the Big Bear Resort Association which markets Big Bear throughout Southern California,
