Lakefront complex with swimming pool!  You are only steps to Boulder Bay Park on the lake and overlooking the pool from this downstairs 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo.  Perfect for all-seasons fun, you will want to make this your own summer and winter ski condo.  Enjoy plenty of space for 3 with a nice, modern kitchen.  A comfy living room with large wood burning fireplace and fully equipped entertainment center is perfect for those winter nights, and the balcony and pool are just made for summer days and evenings.  You also have access to the spa and paddle tennis courts.  There is a convenient market as well as the best breakfast in Big Bear located right next door.

 

The bedroom has a bunk bed with full sized bed on the bottom and a twin on top.

 

Of course, it's fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware and everything you need to cook a full meal.  Like all of our rentals, you will enjoy 200+ thread count sheets, extra thick towels, FREE DVD rentals from our office among other amenities.  This condo sleeps 3.

 

Pets welcome for an additional nightly fee.

A separate cleaning fee will be included in the total.

 

This unit can be combined with the separate motel room sleeping 2 and is right downstairs from our condo #40 which sleeps an additional 6 persons.
